| How does the jet4power differ from the $40 versions?
The jet4power people figured out how to get the narrow band sensor to read in a linear way. You get the meter,wiring harness,bung,sensor and plug. All is needed is to have the bung welded in the headpipe and a 9v battery.
Will the jet4power work in 4 strokes?
Yes. The limitations being leaded race gas and titanium headpipes. Leaded race gas will foul the sensor over time and cause false readings. The bung can not be welded to titanium head pipes. Most applications will allow the bung to be welded in the muffler section just after the head pipe.
Will the Jet4power work in 2 strokes?
Yes, but there are some limitations also. One being leaded race gas and the other being the 2 stroke oil. We have found the type and amount of oil effect the life of the sensor.
What about Methanol?
We have customers that tune with the jet4power using Methanol.
